You were under a sink. They rang the next plumber on the list.

A website that captures the job while you’re working, and follow-ups that chase the quote so you don’t have to. For electricians, plumbers, joiners and trades across the North West.

The Kayla Ryder Davis homepage on a phone, with the headline and booking button visible without scrolling.

A live booking site I built. Different trade, same problem: enquiries arriving while you’re working.

If any of this sounds familiar

  • Calls missed because you're on a job.
  • Quotes sent and never followed up.
  • Job details on scraps of paper and in your head.
  • Chasing payment weeks later.

Every one of those is a job you had and lost after the work was already done to win it.

The enquiry gets answered whether you’re holding a phone or a spanner.

The mess today

  • Call missed on a job
  • Quote request
  • Text at 8pm
  • Job details on paper
  • Unpaid invoice

What happens instead

  • Instant reply with availability
  • Quote sent same day
  • Follow-up at day 3 and day 7
  • Job logged and tracked
  • Payment reminder sent

Every enquiry answered in seconds, whether you're free or not.

01

A site that gets people to request a quote

Not a gallery. The job of the page is to turn someone comparing three trades into someone who has sent you their postcode and what they need.

02

Instant reply to every enquiry

Missed call or form fill, they get an answer in seconds with your availability, before they work down the list to the next name.

03

Automatic quote follow-up

A nudge at day three and day seven on anything you've quoted and not heard back on. The jobs you already won and never chased.

04

A simple job list

What's booked, what's quoted, what's paid. On your phone, in the van, without a spreadsheet.

Proof

One build, live, and not a trade, so judge it on the mechanism.

This is a booking site for a therapist. The problem was identical to yours: enquiries arriving one message at a time, at the exact moment she couldn’t answer. The site now collects the job, the timing and the details in one pass, without her touching it.

The booking page showing a five-step progress indicator: treatment, length, when, consultation form, send.
The booking flow. Five steps, then it arrives as one message.

Enquiries arrive with the treatment, the timing and the consultation answers already attached. The back-and-forth that used to happen in DMs now happens on the site, at whatever hour the client is actually free to do it.

For a trade, the same flow ends in a quote request instead of a booking, and the follow-ups chase the quote instead of confirming the appointment.

How it goes

  1. 01

    Understand

A conversation about what happens now, and where enquiries or hours are leaking out.

  2. 02

    Plan

A fixed quote and a written scope. You know the price and the date before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build

I build it, you see it as it goes, and you say what's wrong while it's still cheap to change.

  4. 04

    Launch

It goes live, I check it's working in the real world, and I show you how to run it.

What it costs

  • Business website£650
  • Website + quote follow-ups£995
  • Job management systemfrom £1,500

Launch pricing, held for the first ten projects. A bigger job list or more systems to connect may need a little more, and you'll get a fixed quote before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises.

Keeping it running, from £29/month

Automations break quietly. A follow-up stops sending and you find out three weeks later when nobody’s rung back.

  • Care£29/monthThe site stays up, stays safe, and stays current.
  • Growth£79/monthEverything in Care, plus somebody watching the automations.
  • Partnerfrom £199/monthEverything in Growth, plus development time set aside for you.
  • First three months included with every project.
  • No long tie-in.
  • Cancel with 30 days' notice.
  • Prices held for 12 months.

You deal with the person building it. Fixed price agreed before anything starts, and you own what gets built.

Who you’d be working with

I’m David, and Travinyx is my software business.

Wigan, Greater Manchester. Based in Wigan, working remotely with clients across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US.

One person, not an agency. I build it and I’m the one who picks up when it stops working.

Travinyx is new. There’s one build live and I’d rather you judged that than a page of logos.

Before you ask

Can it work off my phone?

That's mostly the point. Enquiries, quotes and the job list are all built to be used one-handed in a van, not at a desk. If it only worked properly on a laptop it would go unused within a fortnight.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

No. I don't hand over a system with a manual and disappear. You get shown how it works, in person or on a call, and the day-to-day version of using it is a handful of taps.

Do I need to be VAT registered or a limited company?

No. Sole traders are most of the work. Nothing here depends on the size or structure of the business.

Can you keep my existing number and email?

Yes. Your number stays your number; the automatic replies sit alongside it rather than replacing it. Same with your email address.

How fast can it go live?

A website with a quote form is usually two to four weeks. Instant replies and quote follow-ups can be switched on inside the first week if the missed calls are the urgent bit.

Tell me what’s happening and I’ll send you a price.

A couple of lines is enough. What you do, how enquiries reach you now, and what keeps getting dropped.

Or just email me at travinyx-software@outlook.com

What do you need?
