When a client wants online booking, a form that feeds their CRM, or something your team doesn’t build, you can say yes and hand the build to me. The client relationship stays yours, and my name doesn’t appear anywhere they’ll see it.
What I take on
Booking and payments
Appointments, deposits and reminders added to a site you've designed, or connected to Fresha, Treatwell or whatever the client already uses.
Automations
Missed-call text backs, enquiry routing, quote follow-ups, and the jobs your client currently does by hand in a spreadsheet.
Integrations
Two systems that should talk to each other: forms into a CRM, bookings into the accounts, payments into membership access.
Custom builds
Portals, internal tools and dashboards, for the point where a theme or a plugin won't stretch any further.

Send the brief
What the client wants, what already exists, and when it needs to be live.

A fixed quote
A fixed price for a defined job, or days at the day rate for open-ended work. In writing before anything starts.

I build it
To your designs, on your hosting or staging, and you see it working early rather than at the end.

Handover
Written notes your team can support it from. If you want me on hand for fixes afterwards, that's arranged with you, not with the client.

When I’m not the right fit
I’m one person. If the job needs a team of five on a large platform build, you want an agency, not me. Where I’m most useful is the work around a site: the booking, the automation, the integrations and the custom pieces a designer shouldn’t have to learn to code for one client.
