Launch pricing

Real prices, and a fixed quote before anything starts.

Six things have a fixed price so you can work out what this costs without emailing anyone. Everything bigger gets scoped first, which is why it carries a floor rather than a made-up number.

Every project is split in half: half to start, half when it goes live. So a £650 website is £325 now and £325 when you can see it working.

Founding client pricing until the tenth completed project. After that the standard rate applies.

Not sure what you need? Start with the Business Health Check, £195.

Fixed prices

  • For you if something isn’t working and you’re not sure what.

The details and the photos arrive together, ready to price.

    £395

    then £495

  • Booking + automation

For you if customers book appointments and you're answering every one by hand.

Customers book themselves. Missed calls get answered.

    £500

    then £625

  • Website + bookingMost popular

For you if you need both and would rather they were built as one.

Both, built as one thing rather than bolted together.

    £995

    then £1,250

Booking costs less than a website because it is a well-understood thing to add, not a bigger version of one. If you already have a site you are happy with, that is the only line you need.

Which one do you need?

Three questions. It points you at the smallest thing that does the job, not the biggest.

  1. 01Do you know what needs fixing?
  2. 02Do you already have a website you're happy with?
  3. 03Do customers need to book a time with you?

Answer the questions and the recommendation shows up here.

Already on Fresha or Treatwell?

If it already does everything you need, keep it. Paying me to replace something that works would be a waste of your money.

What the booking price pays for is the part around it: a missed call that gets a text back with your booking link, follow-ups on your schedule, and booking that happens on your own website, not only through a marketplace where customers are browsing other businesses too.

If you're already on one of them, I connect it rather than replace it, which is the smaller and cheaper job.

Everything else

These start where they start. What they finish at depends on the problem, which is why the number below is a floor rather than a quote. You will be told which one you actually need, including when that is the cheaper one.

  • Small fixes and connections

A specific problem rather than a project. Two systems that should talk to each other, an automation, or something that has stopped working. I find the simplest fix rather than the biggest one.

    • Connect your booking system to your website
    • Set up automatic replies to enquiries
    • Connect two systems you already pay for
    • Automate a job you currently do in a spreadsheet

    from £300

  • Reports and dashboards

Your numbers pulled from wherever they already live into one report that updates itself, so you can see what's working without rebuilding a spreadsheet every month.

    • Which enquiries turn into jobs
    • Bookings and no-shows by month
    • Sales from three systems in one place

    from £750

  • Job management dashboard

Every job in one list instead of an inbox: stages, who it's assigned to, urgent ones at the top, and a record of what happened when. Your own staff logins, your own data. A monthly plan is part of this one rather than optional, because it holds the work your week runs on.

    • Repairs tracked from report to fixed
    • Quotes and jobs through to won
    • Contractors or staff assigned and told

    from £2,500

  • Custom software

Anything genuinely one-off: web apps, internal tools, customer portals and AI work, built around how your business already runs. That figure is the smallest job I'll take rather than the price of anything in particular. Scoped first, then quoted, then built in stages so you see it working early.

    from £1,500

How you get to one number

  1. 01

    Tell me the problem

Describe what is going wrong rather than what you think the solution is. Working out which it needs is my job.

  2. 02

I tell you the simplest fix

Sometimes that is a £300 integration rather than a £1,500 build. You get told that either way.

  3. 03

    One fixed quote

One figure in writing before anything begins. No hourly billing, no revised invoice at the end.

  4. 04

    Built in stages

On anything sizeable you see it working early and decide whether to keep going.

One payment. You own it.

Once a project is paid for, the code, the content and the design are yours. There's no licence to keep renewing, and you can take it to another host or another developer whenever you like.

The monthly plans are not rent. They pay for me keeping the automations alive, because a reminder that quietly stops sending in March has cost you more than the plan by the time anyone notices in May. Cancel with 30 days' notice and the site and the system stay yours. If I'm hosting it, I'll help you move it.

There's no hourly rate either, because billing by the hour makes my slowness your problem. And there's no setup fee waiting at the end.

What you own, in the terms →

Keeping it running

A booking system is only worth something if it's still working in six months. Things break quietly. A phone provider changes something, a reminder stops going out, and you don't notice until the diary looks empty. That's what this covers.

Building for an agency or another developer? That’s priced by the day, on the agencies page. Weighing me up against Wix, Fresha or a local designer? Here’s the honest comparison.

What each of these actually means →
