Business systems and automation in Leigh
Leigh businesses in my research were mostly services people come back to again and again: lettings, grooming, lessons, care. That repeat work is exactly where hours go missing, because every rebooking is another message or phone call.
What I found looking at Leigh businesses
Seen on their own public websites, the way a customer would see them. Nobody is named.
- Letting agents with tools for winning landlords and nothing for tenants, so every repair still arrives as a phone call.
- Businesses that run on repeat appointments, like groomers and driving schools, taking every booking, change and payment by text or phone.
- Firms selling to other businesses with no way to get in touch outside office hours, and nowhere online for someone to apply for a job.
Start with what’s wrong
If you can already see which one of these is you, the fix is often smaller than you’d think. If you can’t, the Business Health Check finds it for £195, and that comes off any work you go ahead with.
